Cagliari, drug dealing: an 18-year-old with a clean record in handcuffs

An 18-year-old, with a clean record , was arrested by the police in Cagliari for drug dealing.

The agents of the property crime section (Squadra Mobile) searched a house in Sant'Elia after several citizens had reported a frequent presence of young people looking for drugs . The operation, conducted together with colleagues from the State Police's anti-drug dog unit, with the dogs Garin and Viorel, made it possible to find and seize about 60 grams of hashish . The substance was already packaged in a hundred doses, and had been hidden in the garden of the house, inside a container made from a gutter pipe, which was in turn recessed in a crevice in the surrounding wall.

Also found 400 euros in cash, believed to be the proceeds of the sale of drugs .

The 18-year-old ended up in handcuffs, the arrest was validated without the application of precautionary measures and defense terms were granted.
