The aircraft headed back to Cagliari to pick up the second infant. The flight concluded with landing at Rome Ciampino airport around 6:30 PM.

Both missions, requested by the Prefecture of Cagliari, were coordinated by the Situation Room of the Command of the 1st Air Region Air Squadron in Milan.
