A Japanese restaurant closed and another that will be without tables for a month next spring.

These are the latest two decisions of the Municipality of Cagliari, after the fines imposed by the local police for failure to comply with the rules for the use of public land.

In the first case, the violations were contested at Kyoto in via Sassari: from a check by the local police on August 31, it emerged that in front of the restaurant, on the street, 26 square meters had been occupied with 20 chairs and 10 tables. The point is that the concession had not been requested. The premises will have to remain with the shutters down for 8 days, from October 6 to 13.

It had an occupation title, instead “Specialità Monte Linas al Corso”. But according to a report dated August 23, the space occupied by tables and chairs was greater than that authorized. The Municipality has decided to suspend the concession for 31 days, from May 1 to June 2 of next year.
