In Cagliari, there's a political clash over the Tari (waste tax) . The administration must approve the cost plan for over 80,000 families by July 31, with the municipality announcing a 4% reduction . But the opposition is discounting the figures, arguing instead that increases will occur.

Giuseppe Farris (CiviCa 2024): "The financial plan for 2026 will increase by over 700,000 euros, and the final bill, therefore, risks being heavier."
