"A man armed with a knife is chasing another, come." The phone call to the police came yesterday from a passer-by who had witnessed the scene in via del Seminario, on the corner with via Is Mirrionis, in Cagliari.

The arrival of an army patrol was immediate, sent from the headquarters in via Nuoro. The pursuer was immediately intercepted in the area, recognized thanks to the description provided by the witness: he was a thirty-three-year-old from Sinnai, unemployed, a face known to the military due to his previous legal affairs.

During the search, a knife with a 15 centimeter blade was found on him, which led to him being charged for illegal possession of a weapon.

However, there is no trace of his rival: the police are awaiting the filing of a possible complaint.
