A car caught fire overnight in the Sant'Elia neighborhood of Cagliari.

Firefighters from the port detachment intervened during the night in a square between the buildings on Via Schiavazzi to put out the flames that had engulfed a parked vehicle.
The intervention prevented the fire from spreading to three other parked cars.

Investigations are now underway to establish the causes of the fire.
