Tonight, at the Sant'Eulalia theater in the heart of the Marina, Elia Caprile and Matteo Prati, players of Cagliari, participated in the event "Bullying and cyberbullying today", organized by the parish of Sant'Eulalia. A meeting that saw children and adolescents as protagonists, to talk about an increasingly current and often underestimated problem.
The two footballers wanted to send a clear message to the young people present: do not remain silent in the face of violence.
“Bullying is a very sensitive topic,” Caprile said. “It happens often in school, and we must do everything we can to prevent it. If you witness episodes of this type, you must not turn away: you must report it.”
Prati also stressed the importance of teamwork, on and off the field. "We are here to help those who are victims of bullying understand that they must not hide, but talk about it. Sports can be a way out, a help for those who suffer this violence. We must always bear witness and tell."
An evening of discussion, listening and awareness to remember that bullying is fought together, without fear.
