A 23-year-old boy was arrested last night in Cagliari by the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile, who arrived on site thanks to the electronic device that reported the violation of the restricted area created to protect the victim.
The soldiers, having arrived in via Doberdò , caught the young man red-handed near the workplace of the victim, a 42-year-old woman .
The 23-year-old was already under a ban on living outside the municipality of Assemini for the persecution of his ex-partner, now his situation has worsened. He is under house arrest in his home awaiting trial with a direct trial.
