The Morrison 's adventures also have repercussions on Sensazioni, the venue that took its place in Piazza Yenne 40, in Cagliari: the Municipality's Productive Activities department has decided to suspend for more than 5 months the possibility of requesting the concession of public land to place chairs and tables overlooking the statue of Carlo Felice.
The measure comes from afar. The old company managing the space had set up a space outside to welcome customers but had no authorization. The traffic police had intervened four times between August and November 2023: 18 months of suspension for concession requests. On March 12, another legal entity took over, which, taking with it the obligations of the previous one, had opted to convert the residual period of punishment into a fine : thirteen thousand euros for thirteen months, to be paid in five installments of 2,600 euros each. The green light for the agreement had arrived in June.
However, despite the reminders, the payment for the September fee has not arrived in the coffers of the Municipality. Hence the blow: for five months and four days (the rest has already been discounted or paid in cash) the concession cannot be requested.
