A new green lung for the historic center. A public park to integrate the Capuchin Garden and its extension toward Viale Sant'Ignazio on one side and Via Don Bosco on the other, and its connection to the green areas of the Amphitheater and the Botanical Garden : this is the cornerstone of the technical and economic feasibility study for the redevelopment of the green area approved by the city council based on a proposal from Councilor Luisa Giua Marassi . The project encompasses five general guidelines : connecting the garden to Viale Fra Ignazio by strengthening the entrance from the passage between Palazzo Baffi and the former Institute for Abandoned Children; reorganizing the garden spaces with equipped areas to facilitate movement and use; creating a kiosk as a refreshment point; reconfiguring the park's edges, its connections to the Orto dei Cappuccini valley and the spaces upstream from the university campus; and maintaining and integrating the greenery; upgrading and resurfacing the pedestrian paths; and installing new furniture.

At the proposal of Councilor Matteo Lecis Cocco Ortu , the experimental Mobile Help Desk on Private Construction has been implemented. There will be four monthly meetings, replacing the initial three, and new meeting places with citizens will be established (in the Città 4 Office and in the multipurpose space on Via Fermi). A help desk on private construction and building amnesties specifically for Pirri will also be established within the Municipality. This service will also include professionals, in addition to non-technical residents, and will operate once a week to provide basic information and guidance on specific construction procedures initiated or to be initiated.
