Head trauma, three broken ribs and a graze on the shoulder: according to the student association Unicaralis, these are the consequences suffered by a worker who was hit by a window that broke off from one of the main classrooms of the Faculty of Humanities in Cagliari last night.

"The seriousness of what happened cannot be ignored," the student association attacks, "putting at risk the safety of those who work and study at the University is unacceptable. The silence chosen by the administration raises questions about the commitment to guaranteeing safety and transparency."

An event that could have had far more tragic consequences comes to mind: the collapse of the Vardabasso Hall. "Two years later, it is even more necessary to secure the University's buildings and classrooms. In light of this, we therefore ask for clarity regarding what happened, available as always for discussion."
