A horrific accident occurred overnight in Cagliari. A car left the road on Viale Trieste, near the Department of Urban Planning, crashing into a tree and then coming to rest sideways in the lane.

According to witnesses, the young driver—who was uninjured—then got out, took some photographs, and then fled on foot. After the alarm was raised, police crews arrived on the scene to conduct investigations and checks.
