The massages (apparently) hid something different, the kindnesses covered morbid intentions aimed at an in-laws (daughter of his girlfriend) who, among other things, was still a minor.

Attitudes that would go back to a period of about six months, from August 2019 to February 2020, and that yesterday in the Court cost the protagonist the sentence for the episodes of sexual violence reported to the investigators by the same victim. Accusations strongly denied by the accused and his lawyers Fausto Argiolas and Claudia Delvecchio but judged credible by the college which, in the end, inflicted on the man 6 years and six months of imprisonment, essentially welcoming the reconstruction of the public prosecutor Enrico Lussu and recognizing also 15 thousand euros of provision in favor of the civil party, represented by the lawyer Sebastiano Desogus.

At the end of the hearing, the defendants announced the appeal, convinced that what was contested to their client (of which the newspaper does not publish the personal details to protect the offended party) will be denied in the second degree.

The accusation

At the moment, however, the thesis of the prosecutor remains valid, convinced that the 52-year-old on trial has forced the girl on several occasions ("at least three or four times a week") to undergo "sexual acts" against her will. Behavior even more serious for the minor age of the victim and for the "significant" difference between his 17 years and those of the accused. According to what the stepdaughter argued in the complaint filed with her boyfriend at the Carabinieri barracks in Monserrato, the man, with the excuse of receiving massages, undressed completely, then going well beyond the permitted limits and even stretching his hands on her. . Not infrequently he rewarded her with sums between 5 and ten euros, at times he even paid out 50 in case she satisfied him with every request. There had never been a full report.

The defence

Version rejected by the person concerned but also by the partner, as well as the victim's mother, who claimed before the judges that she had never seen any of this despite, according to the daughter's story, the incidents took place at home. The partner, with whom the romantic relationship still lasts, was very present and attentive to the girl's needs. But the outcome of the trial was different.
