For this reason, the Carabinieri of Cagliari-Villanova executed an order from the Cagliari Surveillance Court and placed under house arrest a 21-year-old resident of the capital, already known to the police.
The measure stems from a legal case related to events that occurred on January 15, 2023, when the young man was allegedly responsible for serious crimes.
As part of the intervention, the military also served the interested party with a second order, issued by the Cagliari Surveillance Office, which ordered the suspension of the probation measure to which he had previously been subjected.
Tracked down at his home and following the necessary formalities, the 21-year-old was placed under house arrest and remains at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
