Nearly three hundred restaurateurs, wine merchants, and tour operators from all over Sardinia took part in the Karmis 30 Experience, the final event in the celebrations for Karmis's thirtieth anniversary.

The special guest and patron of the anniversary was Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco, who transformed the winery's stage into an open kitchen, presenting a cooking show centered on the intersection of local produce and haute cuisine. The chef prepared a risotto creamed with mascarpone, tomato confit, lemon, and mullet bottarga, designed to showcase the characteristics of Karmis. He explained the ingredients, preparation techniques, and their connection to the region. During the demonstration, he emphasized the value of wine culture and the quality of raw materials, emphasizing the role of educating young people about Italy's food and wine heritage.

"It was an evening that beautifully captured what it means to make wine today," says Carlo Cracco, "preserving an ancient tradition, but having the courage to continually renew itself . The Contini Winery, the oldest in Sardinia, has managed to preserve its identity while innovating, embracing market changes without losing its connection to the land . Wine should have no barriers: people should be able to enter the cellar, learn about the work, the time, the research, and the passion that goes into every bottle. Only by living this experience can one truly understand the value of a profession that, despite being ancient, continues to evolve."
