Shepherd's Festival in Burcei, featuring a roasted sheep and goat meat festival. This eagerly anticipated event is organized by the association "Flavors and Mountain Traditions. Is Pastoris de Brucei." Scheduled for July 18th and 19th, the program has been released. It's sure to attract both large-scale gatherings and the tourists who flock to the Sarrabus coast. Masses in memory of the lost shepherds are also scheduled.

The " Torneo Sa murra " (Sa Murra Tournament) will also be named after one of them, Antonio Cabanu . It's two days of poetry competitions, cheese and roast meat tastings, social, cultural, and religious events. The program also includes a photography and traditional costume exhibition curated by the "A Passu Antigu" group, a Campidano poetry competition, cheese and ricotta-making demonstrations in the square, the "Bin'e Bidda" wine competition, and tastings of wines and local products. There will also be traditional dances with the "A Passu Antigu" folk group, music, culture, and social gatherings for all ages.

An event that also recounts the history, work, and local values, in memory of Fabiano Asuni and all those who dedicated their lives to pastoralism. A sector that, along with construction, has shaped the history of Burcei's economy.
