The goal has been achieved : Bubu Gargiulo is one of the three finalists of Masterchef 12 whose latest episode is currently underway on Sky. The Cagliaritan won the jersey of the final at the end of the Invention Test, thus accessing the decisive moment together with Hue Dinh Thi and Edoardo Franco.

In this first episode of the twelfth episode, the challenge immediately became complex: to obtain the jacket of the final, the Mystery Box is asked to make the assigned vegetable the protagonist of one's dish while the shellfish, in Bubu's case, must be a side dish. The Cagliari native gives life to ''Tomato embraces crab'', a technical and virtuosic dish which, however, is not enough to conquer Clare Smyth, the first woman to have won three Michelin stars. The crucial moment comes with the Invention Test where the aspiring chefs have to create a dish by choosing from three simple ingredients including celery, leek and radish.

Bubu chooses leek and creates ''Leek and its acidity nuances'', leek cooked three times with caviar and iced raspberry. A courageous and intense creation, which opens the doors to the final for him. To be eliminated is Mattia Tagetto. «This is an incredible moment», Bubu's words , « I'm over the moon. I have reached a great goal, it is a dream come true».
