At Brotzu, there's a clash between unions. In recent days, Special Commissioner Maurizio Marcias received a letter on behalf of the RSU (union representatives), requesting an urgent meeting after a long list of problems. The letter was signed by Marino Vargiu, acting president of the Arnas union representation, and its secretary, Gianfranco Angioni.
A note that did not go down well with Fials, the most representative union within the RSU, in light of the recent elections: "We have learned of the attack on the management by union representative Gianfranco Angioni who, completely independently, without agreeing with the content of the article, signed on behalf of the RSU," was the attack from secretary Paolo Cugliara.
The members "affiliated with Fials, the most representative union in terms of number of delegates and associative proxies, distance themselves from these statements in terms of method and content."
Cugliara reminds Angioni that "all press releases, in order to be signed on behalf of RUS, must be shared within the assembly and obtain majority consent. Therefore, we are cautioned against any behavior that does not comply with this principle, a clear expression of the applicable legislation."
