Bridge over the Coghinas closed, hundreds of people block the Olbia-Sassari

Hundreds of people blocked the Olbia-Sassari road in protest at the Oschiri crossroads .

The sit - in was organized by the committee which denounces the serious inconvenience caused by the closure of the bridge over Lake Coghinas . The Oschiri area is cut off from the Upper Gallura and Tempio.

Tension rose after the interruption of work on the Anas construction site . The bridge requires major redevelopment and safety measures.

The sit in caused a major traffic delay on the four lane.

Many motorists, most of them, sympathized with the demonstrators, others tried to overcome the blockade and there were moments of tension . For the organizers it was a success.
