Position dismissed and request for short-term dismissal. This is the new status of Olbia restaurateur Rosa Maria Elvo in the investigation into the murder of Cinzia Pinna .
According to what has leaked in the last few hours , there would be a new turning point in the investigations that see Emanuele Ragnedda accused of the crime of September 2025. Rosa Maria Elvo is linked to Ragnedda by a relationship and had entered the investigation with a charge of aiding and abetting .
Now, prosecutor Noemi Mancini has reportedly dismissed the woman's case in anticipation of a request to dismiss the case. The decision reportedly came after the conclusions of expert reports and technical investigations into the Conca Entosa crime were filed. Essentially, no evidence emerged of Elvo's involvement in the operations, alleged in Ragnedda, which were intended to clean the room where Cinzia Pinna was killed.
All the statements made by the San Pantaleo restaurateur were corroborated; she had always maintained she had no role in the crime . Her defense attorney, Francesco Fùrnari , released a very brief statement: "At this time, a time of great joy but also a very delicate one for my client, I cannot comment on the latest developments in the investigation. We are considering a meeting with the press; Rosa Maria Elvo has suffered greatly because of this affair."
The other suspect under investigation for aiding and abetting is Luca Franciosi , assisted by lawyers Maurizio and Nicoletta Mani. Technical investigations have ruled out the possibility that the young man ever boarded, as he has always claimed, the vehicle used by Ragnedda to transport Cinzia Pinna's body.
The feeling is that the investigation has entered a decisive phase and everything points to Emanuele Ragnedda alone . The entrepreneur's defense attorneys, Luca Montella and Gabriele Satta, are studying the conclusions of the RIS and the prosecutor Mancini's consultants.
