Blackout in the Cavalluccio Marino area at Poetto and customers forced to leave restaurants, pizzerias and sandwich shops . It happened yesterday evening around 9:30 pm when the businesses were working for dinner. Suddenly the electricity went out.
"We immediately called Enel but the teams were only able to fix the problem before midnight. Obviously we lost the entire evening's work," comments Alberto Melis from l'Antica Cagliari al Poetto. At that time there were about 400 customers. Other businesses in the area were also affected, including sandwich trucks .
"It's not the first time this has happened," Melis recalls. "There is a shortage on this line. There is probably an overload and for this reason we are asking Enel once again to intervene to definitively resolve the problem that is causing damage to businesses but also a disservice to customers and the many tourists who were present yesterday at Poetto."
