About ten pages of disputes that hypothesize the intentional or, alternatively, the negligent "environmental disaster", but also the "dangerous throwing of things" and a series of negligent crimes against public health. The investigation into the alleged pollution caused by the "torches" of the Saras refinery, the smoke leaks that ended up in the crosshairs of the Prosecutor's Office, ended with two suspects, in addition to the company being called into question.

Fabio Corvetto, CEO of the company, is also investigated, but for a minor charge.
