The final request of prosecutor Rossana Allieri (DDA of Cagliari) in the trial against the alleged members of a Sardinian Albanian organization active in Olbia in the trafficking and dealing of narcotic substances exceeds 70 years in prison .
The trial is underway in Tempio before the judges of the Court in collegial composition. We are talking about the legal case resulting from the Seaway operation conducted by the Carabinieri and which culminated (2019) in the arrest of 17 people . The DDA asked for 16 years in prison for the alleged leader of the gang, the Albanian Malo Ramazan , defended by the criminal lawyer Giampaolo Murrighile. The 15-year prison sentence was requested for Skender Jousufi , also Albanian. Seven years of imprisonment were requested for Stefano Pinna and Giovanni Biosa, from Monti and Olbia , and six years for Loreta Asara, also from Olbia . Eight years in prison, however, is the request for the Senegalese Omar Ndiaye . Request for sentence (4 years) also for the Alaese Lucio Baltolu , defended by the lawyer Angela Corda. Considerably lower sentences were sought for second-rate defendants.
According to the reconstruction of the prosecutor, the cocaine was treated to change its colour, "structure" and smell (coca negra or black cocaine) . In the next hearing the defense will speak.
