Berchidda: Out-of-control van crashes through railing and falls onto the road below.

A forgotten handbrake, perhaps. Or a broken braking system. What's certain is that a tragedy could have occurred in Berchidda that evening.

A nine-seater van spun out of control and crashed into the road below, crashing through a railing. Luckily, no one was passing by at the time.

On-site, in addition to the Olbia fire brigade team who secured the area and the vehicle, law enforcement officers were also present to carry out surveys.
