On this charge, the Carabinieri of the Golfo Aranci Station , assisted by their colleagues from the Olbia Radiomobile Section, arrested and took a 38-year-old man to prison.
The measure was ordered by the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor's Office. According to investigators' findings, since last June, the suspect, addicted to excessive alcohol and drug use , has been the perpetrator—negatively—of continuous verbal and physical aggression against the woman and her brother, making insistent demands for money to purchase drugs.
After repeated death threats, beatings, and other abuse, the mother decided to turn to the police, filing a complaint at the Golfo Aranci station.
After investigations, the man was arrested. The 38-year-old was taken to Uta prison , where he was held at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
