Three years of imprisonment for Paolo Zapparoli, Pier Domenico Gallo, Paolo Moro, Caterina Della Mora, Domenico Falchi and Enrico Gaia and five years and 10 months for Valdemiro Giuseppe Peviani , defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Ledda.

These are the requests made in the indictment by the deputy prosecutor Giangiacomo Pilia in the trial , for a series of accusations of bankruptcy and other crimes , which also sees the former president of Confindustria Sardegna and former CEO accused before the judges of the second criminal section of the Court of Cagliari. of Sogaer (management company of Cagliari airport) Alberto Scanu .

The latter, defended by the lawyer Rodolfo Meloni, was today admitted to the abbreviated trial , conditional on the report of the party's consultant, because during the hearing the prosecutor accused him of a further accusation which reopened the deadlines for accessing the special proceeding which however will be carried out before the same judging panel and not before the preliminary hearing judge.

The consultant's examination, which began today, will continue on April 26, while the defense arguments of the other defendants will be held on two dates already set for June 7 and July 12.

According to the accusation , some companies in the Scanu group were made bankrupt in a whirlwind of money, thus generating a "hole" of 60 million euros . Already during the investigation, the position of Laura Scanu, sister of the main accused, who had agreed to a 4-year prison sentence, had been eliminated.
