Firefighters work to save a calf that fell down a cliff.
The Red Helmets of the Sassari command intervened in the afternoon, around 2 pm, in the municipality of Banari, where a calf weighing 220 kilos fell down a cliff of about 70 meters, landing among some trees.
After the alarm was raised, emergency medical services (115) sprang into action, working alongside Drago 144 helicopter personnel and a veterinarian. After the rescue, the calf was returned safe and sound to the farmer and its mother.
