Tempio's Deputy Prosecutor, Sara Martino, has ordered a computer-technical consultation on the phones of the teenagers who were in the BMW that crashed from the Baldu Bridge, in the countryside of the Gallura town, on the night of October 26. The incident concerns the car accident that claimed the life of 25-year-old Omar Masia.

The magistrate is in charge of the case opened for vehicular homicide against the young driver. The IT consultant will have to determine whether the smartphones (all seized by order of the prosecutor) were in use at the time of the accident, and in what manner.

The assignment will take place on Friday, the same day as the technical consultancy on the tragedy bridge, in particular on signage and protective devices.

Investigations are ongoing to determine the responsibility of the road and bridge maintenance departments. Following the investigation, additional suspects may be added to the list of suspects. The man accused of vehicular homicide is being defended by criminal lawyers Giovanni Azzena and Gerolamo Orecchioni. Attorney Nino Vargiu is advising the victim's family.
