A twenty-nine-year-old, unemployed and homeless, was arrested by the military of the Carabinieri Station of Monserrato and transferred to Uta for violating the precautionary measures regarding the crime of mistreatment in the family. Last September 16, the man was caught red-handed while he was at his mother's house, also in Monserrato, in violation of the prohibition of approach established by the Court of Cagliari . A measure established on October 25 of a year ago, due to repeated mistreatment inflicted on the woman.
The Public Prosecutor's Office, given the seriousness of the repeated violations, requested and obtained the order that revoked the ban on the young man approaching the places frequented by the woman and ordered his immediate transfer to prison .
