An alleged war remnant near the Mannena beach, in the municipality of Arzachena. The report arrived today at the Port Authority of La Maddalena, from the Porto Cervo police station.

The commander of La Maddalena, Emiliano Santocchini, issued an order prohibiting the stretch of sea, «for aspects linked to public safety», ordering that «starting from today and until the end of the need, navigation, stopping, anchoring, bathing and any underwater and/or surface activity in general, in the entire sea area within a radius of 100 (one hundred) meters from the identified coordinate point".

In these cases of findings, which are still quite frequent, especially in summer, there is the intervention of the SDAI Unit of the Navy, based in La Maddalena which, after the removal with all the necessary precautions, ensures that the 'bomb.
