A Quartese was arrested by the police because he was the recipient of a European arrest warrant from Germany .
The handcuffs were taken last night in the Capitana area. The man, SE aged 47, was wanted for theft, damage and driving under the influence .
The investigators of the Flying Squad of the Cagliari Police Headquarters received a report from the Central Directorate of the Criminal Police, the 47-year-old had to expiate a one-year sentence and 4 months in prison .
