Another victim on Sardinian roads: the man hit yesterday in Posada died

Angelo Preiata, the 68-year-old pensioner from Posada who was hit by a car in the center of town yesterday, didn't make it.

He passed away this afternoon in the intensive care unit of the San Francesco hospital in Nuoro, where he had been hospitalized following the very serious injuries sustained in the tragic accident.

Hit by a small car driven by a woman from Torpè while crossing the road in via Gramsci , the man immediately appeared to be in serious condition.
