Another brawl erupted this evening on Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Sassari . Two Nigerians fought near San Donato, and one, after receiving several punches in the face, attacked his opponent, hitting him on the head with a bottle of Jack Daniel's .

Both were taken to the emergency room at Santissima Annunziata Hospital. State police and Carabinieri intervened, along with local police. Traces of blood were found on the ground.

The municipal police instead rescued a Gambian in Corso Vico who was beaten by another non-EU citizen .
