Now the state road 129 from Macomer to Nuoro is safer , thanks to the work that Anas is carrying out, with the safety of the entire route .

Thanks to a total investment of 2 million euros, the new road has been paved, covering approximately 20 kilometers of road, including the stretch between Birori, where the state road joins the provincial road towards Macomer, up to the Iscra area.

This investment is aimed at improving the safety of State Road 129, which has recently undergone other major projects, primarily focusing on extraordinary maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and the adoption of technologies, with Anas playing a key role. On that stretch, which primarily covers the Marghine area, from Iscra to Macomer, the road was in a state of disrepair, with the asphalt crumbling in some places and virtually no signage .

The road, which runs through the entire Marghine area, from Macomer to Orotelli, passing through the junctions for Birori, Bortigali, Silanus, Lei, and Bolotana, while maintaining its original construction characteristics, in terms of lane width, is now smoother and safer, thanks to the new asphalt surface and, above all, the improved road markings along the entire route. Completion work is underway and is expected to be completed within the first two weeks of May.
