Judith Hill, a soul icon and multi-instrumentalist whose stylistic signature blends gospel, rock, funk, and jazz into a personal and authentic musical language, will be in Stintino on Sunday, July 12th in Piazza dei 45, for the 19th edition of Culture Festival.

The funky soul concert, curated by artistic director Daniele Pittau, will begin at 10:00 PM . On stage, the artist, who plays vocals, guitar, and keyboards, will be accompanied by Michiko Hill on keyboards, Robert Hill on bass, Daniel Chae on guitar, and John Staten on drums. Hill, who grew up in Los Angeles at a crossroads of cultures and sounds, has established herself as a key figure in the narrative of modern music, capable of combining impeccable vocal technique with honest, cinematic songwriting. Her talent was brought to the forefront when Michael Jackson chose her as his duet partner for the This Is It tour.

After the passing of the King of Pop, it was Judith who sang in front of the entire world during the funeral ceremony, a moment of enormous intensity that definitively revealed her to the global audience.
