Everyone on trial for the alleged building abuses in Gianluca Vacchi's villa , the public prosecutor of Tempio Gregorio Capasso has signed the direct summons to trial (hearing on June 3rd) for all the people involved in the investigation conducted by the Forestry Corps.

In addition to Vacchi, the summons to trial concerns the entrepreneur Giovanni Maria Filigheddu, from Arzachena, and the designer, the professional Giovanni Faggioli (defended by the lawyers Gino Bottiglioni, Gian Comita Ragnedda, Giampaolo Murrighile, Fabio Varone, Giuseppe Angotta and Cristina Mela). The problem detected by the Forestry Corps (which the Prosecutor's Office considers unremediable) is the construction of part of the building in an area subject to hydrogeological constraints.

Furthermore, the villa (1200 square meters of covered area plus a thousand of terraces, paddle courts, disco, 2 lodges with suites and 15 rooms) would be larger than the authorized project. Now the tug of war begins over the fate of the residence which, in theory, should be partially demolished. The property is under seizure.
