The trial has begun, with a final adjournment, for the alleged building abuses which led to the criminal seizure and blocking of works on Gianluca Vacchi's villa in Pantogia (Porto Cervo) .

The investigations, coordinated by the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso and entrusted to the Forestry Corps , hypothesize the construction of works beyond the authorized volumes and the violation of the provisions on hydrogeological constraints .

Yesterday, a postponement was ordered to July 7 with priority hearing (because the property is still under seizure ). On the sidelines of the hearing, it emerged that the charges against the entrepreneur and influencer from Bologna could be scaled down or even dropped thanks to the Salva Casa .

Vacchi, in fact, after an initial demolition order from the Municipality of Arzachena, and in compliance with the provision, has already reduced the excess volumes, the rest could be remedied by the Sardinian law that implements the national decree Salva Casa .

It also emerged that Vacchi had obtained the hydrogeological clearance from the Forestry Corps, a healing measure.

The disputes also concern the entrepreneur Giovanni Maria Filigheddu , from Arzachena, and the designer Giovanni Faggioli (defended by the lawyers Gino Bottiglioni, Gian Comita Ragnedda, Giampaolo Murrighile, Fabio Varone, Giuseppe Angotta and Cristina Mela).
