Furthermore, the military carried out a similar provision, issued by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Sassari, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against a well-known restaurant in Las Tronas .

The provision, according to a note, stems from an investigation launched by the maritime district office of Alghero «since the area on which the asset subjected to seizure stands, equal to 414 square meters, is not covered by a legitimate maritime state concession . In particular, the company concerned would have maintained the works mainly intended for catering activities despite the fact that the same had been declared forfeited by the aforementioned state concession".

The activity carried out is part of the daily protection action that the Coast Guard carries out towards the public maritime property with respect to any form of occupation and abusive use for lucrative purposes.
