Mr. Mario Pinna celebrates his 100th birthday today.
Alghero's new centenarian received an official visit from Deputy Mayor Francesco Marinaro, representing the Administration, to offer best wishes and celebrate this important milestone together.
Mr. Mario Pinna's family was present at the party: his wife, Giovanna (96), his two children, and his three granddaughters. A high school geography and chemistry teacher, Mr. Mario met entire generations of students, leaving them with wonderful memories of his unwavering dedication and passion for education.
The deputy mayor, also a student of his, in extending his birthday wishes, thanked Professor Pinna for dedicating his career to the good of young people and our community.
