Too much friction within the majority in Alghero due to the Brothers of Italy: "A councilor has been absent for years, a political chasm that needs to be managed and filled." Thus the group leader of the UDC Christian Mulas beats his majority colleague, Giovanni Monti of FdI, "who for two years has shown constant stomach aches towards the mayor and his party, deserting the municipal councils and the council commissions, creating obstructions to the the work of the administration without taking into account the awareness that the common good of the citizens comes first», writes Mulas according to which «if on the one hand there are the statements of the parent company (Monica Pulina) who has always shown a great sense of responsibility, and who undertakes to reassure the majority and the mayor, guaranteeing loyalty, on the other hand there are the facts that certify that his fellow councilor has been absent from commission and council activities for years".

In the opinion of the UDC councilor, the attitude of the majority rebel colleague could change the arrangements in the joint venture and even in the subsidiaries. "In the event that the party cannot guarantee the presence of its representatives in the Council, it will be necessary to draw the conclusions and review the political balance", concludes Mulas.
