He smashes the glass of a vending machine with a block of concrete and steals bags of light cannabis .

It happened in Alghero on the night of July 13th, and the perpetrator, a local criminal, was identified and arrested thanks to surveillance footage . The man, who also injured his hand on glass during the theft and left bloody traces at the scene, was charged with aggravated theft.

The patrol officers, arriving on the scene, reviewed the CCTV footage and immediately identified the perpetrator, known for his history of drug addiction. They then tracked him down and reported him at large.
