Two cars collided: a Punto and a 500 L. On board the victim, twenty years old, who was traveling in the direction of Porto Torres. The wounded, 40, on the opposite side. Both worked in Alghero.
For the young man, when the rescuers arrived, there was nothing left to do. The 40-year-old, extracted from the sheets, was transferred by helicopter to the Santissima Annunziata in Sassari. He sustained multiple fractures.
The dynamics of the crash, at the intersection with Provincial Road 65, have not yet been clarified: the reconstruction is entrusted to the carabinieri, who arrived on site for the reliefs.
The firefighters instead proceeded to extract the other motorist from the passenger compartment of the destroyed vehicle. In addition to two ambulances, an air ambulance also landed at the scene of the accident.
