Extraordinary meeting of the Alguer Vella district committee to discuss the problem relating to the rain of sanctions against residents of the historic center for accessing the Ztl without a pass.
On Wednesday 12 April, at 18.30, in the "Don Gallo" hall in Piazza Sant'Erasmo, the president of the committee, Alessandra Casu, also invited the mayor Mario Conoci and the councilor Emiliano Piras, to correctly inform the population concerned.
There are hundreds of sanctions notified to those who have crossed the Ztl by car from January 1st to February 28th last. The complaints concern the absence of the mark. Some unfortunate ones have received more than 50 fines in one fell swoop. It had never happened before.
For residents, the deadline for renewing the pass, among other things, was set for January 31st and then extended to February 28th. Something must have gone wrong in the local police office. The committee addressed an application for annulment to the municipal administration. The Prefect Paola Dessì was also warned of the inconvenience.
