A bar sanctioned because it did not ask customers for the green pass, another in trouble for loud music after hours and two markets at risk of closing for selling alcohol to minors.

This is the balance of the checks carried out in Sassari by the local police over the weekend.

In particular, on Saturday evening, the plainclothes officers who patrolled the streets of the center on foot received some reports of a shopkeeper selling alcoholic beverages to minors. When they arrived in the area, they witnessed the sale of bottles of beer to three children. Two managed to escape, while the third, a 16-year-old, was stopped at the entrance. A pecuniary administrative sanction was taken for the operator (because the boy is sixteen years old). Half an hour later the same agents caught another shopkeeper carrying out the same activity. "This, however, is recidivist - explains the Command in a note - and already in February he was subjected to the accessory sanction of closing the business for 30 days, because twice in a few months he was 'caught' while selling alcohol to minors. On Saturday the agents of the local police have sanctioned the shopkeeper once again for the same reason and now he too will be notified for the second time that it will be closed at night for another thirty days ".
