A serious accident occurred this morning along the State Road 131 Dorsale Centrale Nuorese, at km 51, where a 25-year-old worker, working for a subcontractor, fell from a viaduct from a height of approximately ten meters.

The man, who was engaged in maintenance work on one of the structures on the road, lost his balance for reasons yet to be ascertained and fell into the void , suffering multiple trauma and serious injuries.

Emergency medical services arrived immediately on the scene, providing first aid and requesting air ambulance assistance , which rushed the injured man to San Francesco Hospital in Nuoro . His condition is serious.
