A united front opposes the European carbon tax: "It would be detrimental to maritime transport."

An "odious tax" , which weighs heavily on the cost of maritime transport, affects the gaps of insularity and reduces the competitiveness of businesses.

The ETS (Emission Trading System), the European tax on emissions, was discussed at the conference organized today by the Sardinian Reformers "Costs and ETS: the sea separates us ever further." Among the guests was the President of Liguria, Marco Bucci.

The goal is to create a unified network between the Regions, pushing for a system overhaul and eliminating the tax, ensuring full territorial continuity for goods.
