A man suffers a heart attack during an emergency landing in Alghero, leaving him in intensive care.

The Transavia flight from Tunis to Nice made an emergency landing at Alghero Airport this afternoon to allow medical treatment to be provided to a passenger who suffered a heart attack during the flight.

The 69-year-old man was rescued on the track by a 118 ambulance and transported to the Santissima Annunziata hospital in Sassari, where he was admitted to intensive care.
