The officers stopped the man while he was driving his small car through the streets of the town. During the investigation, it was discovered that the vehicle was subject to an administrative seizure order. At that point, according to the officers' reconstruction, the man allegedly made serious threats towards the Carabinieri in an attempt to avoid a fine and the seizure of the vehicle. The man was therefore also charged.
