An IT technical assistant ended up in trouble after being reported for embezzlement .
The Flying Squad's investigations began after several reports from schools reported anomalies in the management of IT tools.

Subsequent searches ordered by the Prosecutor's Office at the man's home and in the premises belonging to the schools used by the suspect uncovered the "smoking gun." Part of the stolen goods was recovered, in particular several "OPS" devices and several Wi-Fi antennas needed to connect them .
The devices, it was later discovered through online investigations, had been put up for sale online . Some had even been purchased by unsuspecting buyers. The damage caused to the schools exceeded €20,000.
