A child falls from a cliff in Aglientu, hitting his head. He is taken to the hospital by air ambulance.

Tragedy narrowly avoided in Aglientu. An eight-year-old boy in Portobello was playing on the wall of a swimming pool when he lost his balance and fell 4.5 meters onto the cliff below.

The child hit his head, suffering a severe head injury . Emergency workers arrived immediately and found him stable and apparently calm despite the great danger he had faced.

The child was transported by air ambulance to the Santissima Annunziata hospital in Sassari.
